Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions for Zrihtaj Me business partners (hereinafter: the "Terms") govern the conditions under which business partners use the Zrihtaj Me platform to present and promote their business, services and/or products.

The Zrihtaj Me platform is operated by:

(hereinafter: "Zrihtaj Me" or the "Provider").

A business partner under these Terms is a legal entity, sole trader or other person carrying out a registered business or professional activity and using Zrihtaj Me for purposes related to that activity (hereinafter: the "Partner").

These Terms are intended exclusively for business partners (B2B) and do not govern the rights of natural persons who use Zrihtaj Me as consumers.

2. The Zrihtaj Me platform and services

Zrihtaj Me is a digital platform intended for presenting, promoting and connecting service providers, brands and other business entities, primarily in the fields of beauty, fashion, wellbeing and lifestyle, with platform users.

Depending on the selected package and the functionalities currently available, it may provide the Partner with:

• a business profile on the Zrihtaj Me platform;
• display of business and contact details;
• presentation of services and/or products;
• publication of photos, texts and other content;
• links to the Partner's website, social media and other channels;
• publication of news, offers and other relevant information;
• other functionalities that Zrihtaj Me makes available to its business partners.

Additional promotional activities, Beauty Editorial content, video production, special campaigns and other activities that are not part of the standard package may be subject to a separate agreement between Zrihtaj Me and the Partner.

Zrihtaj Me may develop, change and upgrade the appearance and functionalities of the platform. Such changes will not materially reduce the basic scope of the service already paid for by the Partner during the period for which payment was made.

3. Offer and conclusion of the contractual relationship

Zrihtaj Me sends the Partner an offer by electronic means to start or continue using the platform.

The offer contains information about the available packages, prices, the period of use and the method of payment, as well as a link to the applicable Terms.

Before making a payment, the Partner is obliged to familiarise itself with the Terms, which are available on the Zrihtaj Me website.

The Partner accepts the offer by paying for the selected package via the payment link provided by Zrihtaj Me.

By making the payment, the Partner confirms that it was granted access to these Terms before payment, that it had the opportunity to familiarise itself with them, and that it accepts them as an integral part of the contractual relationship with Zrihtaj Me.

The contractual relationship between Zrihtaj Me and the Partner is deemed concluded at the moment the selected package is paid for.

A separate written contract is not required, unless Zrihtaj Me and the Partner expressly agree otherwise.

In the event of a discrepancy between the specific offer sent to the Partner and these Terms, the conditions stated in the specific offer prevail.

4. Packages and prices

Zrihtaj Me offers Partners a monthly and a yearly package for using the platform.

The yearly package includes a benefit based on the principle:

VAT at the rate applicable at the time the invoice is issued is added to the stated prices, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Zrihtaj Me may change prices or the structure of packages in the future. A price change does not affect a period that has already been paid for.

The new price applies only from the Partner's next payment, of which the Partner will be informed before making the payment.

Zrihtaj Me may occasionally offer promotional prices, free periods or other benefits under the conditions stated in the specific offer.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment link that Zrihtaj Me sends to the Partner, currently through the Revolut payment system, or by another method stated in the specific offer.

When both a monthly and a yearly package are offered to the Partner, the Partner selects the desired package by using the corresponding payment link.

By paying the corresponding amount, the Partner confirms the selection of a specific package.

Zrihtaj Me issues the Partner an appropriate invoice in accordance with the applicable regulations.

6. Activation, duration and renewal

The paid package is activated upon receipt or confirmation of payment, unless otherwise specified in the specific offer.

The monthly package allows use of the service for a period of one month.

The yearly package allows use of the service for a period of 12 months.

Packages do not renew automatically.

After the paid period expires, Zrihtaj Me does not automatically charge the Partner for a new period.

Before or after the paid period expires, Zrihtaj Me may send the Partner a new offer or a new payment link to continue the cooperation.

The Partner is not obliged to make a new payment or to continue the cooperation.

If the Partner does not make a new payment, the right to use the paid functionalities ends upon the expiry of the period for which the last payment was made.

After the paid period expires, Zrihtaj Me may deactivate or remove the Partner's profile or limit the functionalities that were part of the paid package.

7. Termination of cooperation and refunds

Since packages do not renew automatically, the Partner does not need to separately cancel the cooperation in order to prevent future payments.

To terminate the cooperation, it is sufficient that the Partner does not make a new payment after the paid period expires.

The Partner may at any time request that its profile no longer be publicly displayed on the platform.

If the Partner itself decides to stop using the platform before the expiry of the period already paid for, the amount already paid for the unused part of the period is not refunded, unless expressly agreed otherwise or unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.

In the event of a material failure by Zrihtaj Me to fulfil the agreed obligations, the Partner may request an appropriate remedy of the deficiencies. If a remedy is not possible within a reasonable period, the Partner may request termination of the contractual relationship and an appropriate refund of the payment for the unused part of the paid period in accordance with applicable law.

8. Partner's obligations and liability

The Partner undertakes to provide Zrihtaj Me with accurate, complete and up-to-date information necessary to present its business.

The Partner is responsible for the information and content it provides to Zrihtaj Me, including in particular:

• business and contact details;
• descriptions of services and products;
• price lists, if published;
• opening hours;
• photos and video content;
• logos and other visual elements;
• links to the website and social media;
• information about offers, promotions and other benefits.

The Partner is obliged to inform Zrihtaj Me in a timely manner of any important changes to the information published on its profile.

The Partner is responsible for the legality of its activity and for obtaining and maintaining the validity of all permits, licences, consents and other conditions necessary to provide its services or sell its products.

The Partner may not provide Zrihtaj Me with content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or discriminatory, that infringes the rights of third parties, or that could otherwise cause harm to users, Zrihtaj Me or third parties.

9. Content provided by the partner

The Partner retains the rights to the content it provides to Zrihtaj Me, to the extent that those rights belong to it.

By providing photos, video content, logos, texts and other materials, the Partner confirms that it holds all the necessary rights, licences and consents for their use and publication.

The Partner grants Zrihtaj Me a non-exclusive and free-of-charge right to use, technically adapt, publish and display the provided content to the extent necessary for:

• presenting the Partner on the platform;
• the operation of the Zrihtaj Me service;
• promoting the Partner;
• promoting the Zrihtaj Me platform;
• publication on the website, in the application and on the official Zrihtaj Me social media profiles.

This right applies during the cooperation and, after its termination, to the extent necessary for promotional or editorial content that has already been published, unless the Partner and Zrihtaj Me agree otherwise or unless the Partner has a legitimate legal reason to request the removal of specific content.

The use of the Partner's content in separate paid advertising campaigns or for other purposes that materially exceed the usual presentation and promotion of the Partner and the platform may be subject to a separate agreement.

The Partner is liable for any claims by third parties arising because the Partner did not hold the necessary rights or consents for the material it provided.

10. Content created by Zrihtaj Me

Photos, video content, graphics, texts, editorial content, design solutions and other materials created independently by Zrihtaj Me are the intellectual property of Zrihtaj Me or the relevant rights holder, unless otherwise agreed.

The Partner may share content that Zrihtaj Me created specifically for its promotion on its own official websites and social media profiles.

Without the prior consent of Zrihtaj Me, the Partner may not sell such content, transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes, or materially modify it, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Relationship between the partner and end users

Zrihtaj Me is a digital platform for presenting, promoting and connecting the Partner with potential users.

Zrihtaj Me is not a provider of the beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle or other services that the Partner offers to its users, and is not a party to the contractual relationship between the Partner and the end user.

The Partner is solely responsible for:

• the quality and safety of its services and products;
• the professional competence of the persons performing the services;
• the necessary licences and permits;
• prices and the accuracy of the published information;
• the availability of services;
• fulfilling agreements with users;
• charging and issuing invoices to users;
• user complaints;
• compliance with all regulations applicable to its activity.

Zrihtaj Me does not guarantee the Partner a certain number of profile views, contacts, enquiries, bookings, new customers, revenue or any other specific business result.

12. Availability and operation of the platform

Zrihtaj Me will endeavour to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the platform.

However, Zrihtaj Me does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform without technical issues or occasional outages.

Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, problems with third-party service providers, security reasons or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Zrihtaj Me.

Where reasonably possible, planned maintenance that could significantly affect the use of the platform will be carried out so as to minimise its impact on Partners.

13. Limitation of liability

Zrihtaj Me is liable to the Partner for damage in accordance with the mandatory provisions of applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, Zrihtaj Me is not liable for damage arising from:

• inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by the Partner;
• the Partner's acts or omissions;
• the quality or performance of the Partner's services;
• the relationship between the Partner and its users;
• the unavailability of third-party systems or services;
• events beyond the reasonable control of Zrihtaj Me.

Zrihtaj Me is not liable for lost profit, lost business opportunities or other indirect damage, except in cases where such a limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

No provision of these Terms excludes or limits liability that may not be excluded or limited under the applicable law of the Republic of Slovenia.

14. Deactivation and removal of the profile

Zrihtaj Me may temporarily deactivate or remove the Partner's profile or individual content if there is a justified reason for doing so, in particular if:

• the Partner seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms;
• the Partner publishes or provides unlawful content;
• there are justified grounds to suspect that the Partner does not have the right to perform the presented activity;
• the Partner endangers the rights or safety of users or third parties;
• there is a risk to the security or operation of the platform;
• this is required by a competent authority or applicable regulation.

Where circumstances permit, Zrihtaj Me will allow the Partner to remedy the breach within a reasonable period before permanently removing the profile.

In urgent cases involving unlawful content, fraud, user safety, platform security or a serious infringement of third-party rights, Zrihtaj Me may temporarily deactivate the profile or remove the disputed content without prior warning.

15. Protection of personal data

Zrihtaj Me processes personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia.

More detailed information about the processing of personal data is available in the Zrihtaj Me Privacy Policy published on the Zrihtaj Me website.

The Partner is responsible for the lawfulness of the processing of personal data that it independently collects or processes in the course of its business activity.

If future functionalities of the platform involve the processing of personal data by Zrihtaj Me on behalf of the Partner, for which a separate data processing agreement is required, such a relationship will be additionally governed by an appropriate contract or addendum.

16. Changes to the terms and prices

Zrihtaj Me may occasionally amend these Terms due to the development of the platform, changes to the business model, security requirements, changes in regulations or other justified reasons.

Each version of the Terms will include a version label and an effective date.

The new version will be published on the Zrihtaj Me website.

The version of the Terms accepted by the Partner at the time of payment applies to a period already paid for, unless a change is necessary to comply with mandatory regulations or a decision of a competent authority, to eliminate a security risk, or if the change is more favourable to the Partner.

At the next payment, the Partner will have the opportunity to familiarise itself with the version of the Terms then in force.

By making a new payment, the Partner accepts the Terms in force at the time of that payment.

Price changes do not apply to periods already paid for.

17. Communication

Communication between Zrihtaj Me and the Partner takes place mainly by electronic means, in particular via the email address provided by the Partner.

The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of its contact details and is obliged to inform Zrihtaj Me of any changes to them.

18. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a delay in or failure to fulfil its obligations that is a direct consequence of events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, major disruptions to telecommunications or energy systems, serious cyber incidents, decisions of state authorities and other force majeure events.

The party affected by such an event will, within reasonable limits, take appropriate measures to mitigate its consequences.

19. Partial invalidity

If an individual provision of these Terms becomes null, invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

To the extent permitted by law, such a provision will be interpreted or replaced by a provision that is closest in purpose and economic effect to the original provision.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies to these Terms, the specific offer and the contractual relationship between Zrihtaj Me and the Partner.

Zrihtaj Me and the Partner will first endeavour to resolve any disputes and disagreements amicably.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the court with subject-matter jurisdiction based on the registered office of the Provider in the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.

21. Final provisions

These Terms, together with the specific offer that the Partner accepts by payment, constitute the contractual relationship between Zrihtaj Me and the Partner.

The Terms are available to the Partner on the Zrihtaj Me website before payment and may be saved or printed by the Partner.

By paying for the selected package, the Partner confirms that it had the opportunity to familiarise itself with these Terms before payment and that it accepts them.

These Terms come into effect on 01/09/2026
